KUSUKIN & CO., LTD. founded as a separate company, provides copper tubes, brass tubes and special copper alloy tubes as the materials of tap parts and musical instruments.
03HISTORY OF M.WATANABE

Masao KUSUHARA founded M.WATANABE & CO. (WATANABE SHOTEN) in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, bearing his surname at the time and started import and export sales of mineral products, such as mica and silica quartz and electronics industry materials.

KUSUHARA METAL TUBE WORKS LTD. (present KUSUKIN & CO., LTD.) established in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo.

M.WATANABE & CO.(WATANABE SHOTEN) converted to a joint-stock corporation, present M.WATANABE & CO.,LTD. (WATANABE SHOKO).

WACOM CORPORATION established in New York and started to sell materials for semiconductor use in the U.S.A.

WACOM FUSED QUARTZ CO., LTD. (present WACOM MANUFACTURING CO., LTD., Quartz Division) established.

WACOM MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. founded in Fukaya-shi, Saitama. Later on, the company succeeded the quartz processing business by reorganization within the group and with WACOM FUSED QUARTZ CO., LTD.

WACOM QUARTZ CORPORATION in Arizona was incorporated into a group company and entered quartz glass processing business in the U.S.A.

WACOM R&D CO., LTD. established in Fukaya-shi, Saitama and succeeded the MOCVD equipment business from WACOM MANUFACTURING CO., LTD.

AMAYA CO.,LTD, in Koshigaya-shi, Saitama was incorporated into a group company through acquired whole share.
