Photomask Cleaning System
"WULF series" photomask cleaning system manufactured by our group company is a spin-type cleaning system for high-definition photomasks. This unit is capable of removing organic matter, metal ions, and foreign matter up to the detection limit level by spin cleaning unit using functional water, the centrifugal force of work rotation, and the discharge of ozone, water, and ammonia-added hydrogen water.
